We had an indoor Jacuzzi tub that had developed a leak. There was very limited room to work, and it took quite a while to find the slow leak. The equipment on the Jacuzzi was old and had to be replaced and then the search for the leak took some time,. Joe was a very nice guy and went out of his way to look for anything and everything that may cause an issue down the road. He found 4 leaks when we only saw one. He replaced 3 gaskets and fixed all the leaks the same day as inspection. We called because our motor starting making a very loud whirring noise and we knew is was the bearings right away. He guided us through our options and considered cost through all of it so he gave us several scenarios on what we could do now to save some money, but, what would also happen later down the road with each option. We went with the most logical option which was to replace the motor, have it under warranty, and labor guarantee post repair. The only issue i have a complaint about is that the old motor was taken after the repair. I was at work and my partner oversaw the repair but didnt think about the possibility of replacing the bearings, repurposing, or keeping the old motor I.C.E. I cant blame joe for that cus he was just trying to leave no mess behind for us to deal with so im still doing 5 stars. He also reached out several times after the repair to ensure everything was still working properly and no leaks so i appreciate the follow ups.

Lowe’s had trouble installing our dishwasher because of some cabinet damage. Our family panicked because this occurred the day before Thanksgiving. I bought a used car for my son and couldn’t get it to start after replacing the battery. I made an appointment with Joseph to check it out. He texted me a little while before the appointment because another job was taking longer than expected. I told him my son didn’t have his license yet, so I wasn’t in a rush. I rescheduled for the next day, and Joseph texted me when he was on his way as scheduled. After troubleshooting for a little bit, he was able to determine that the wiring harness to the main computer had come loose. He plugged it in and the car started right up! Great Company. I contacted MLGW to conduct an annual pilot check. The technician came, after leaving I realized I couldn’t get my fireplace to turn off from the switch on the wall. So I contacted “At Home Repair Services”. They sent a very knowledgeable technician named Joseph to check my unit. After a thorough check of my unit he discovered that the logs had been replaced incorrectly after the last technician, not to mention that a wire had burned which could have lead to a real problem over time. Joe was able to replace the wire and clean my unit and make everything work properly again..
